An Immersive 2-Month Multi-Track Summer Residential Programme

The CCE, IIT Mandi presents HIMSHIKHAR 2026, an immersive 2-month Multi-Track residential summer program designed to help students experience the true spirit of the IIT ecosystem while building powerful, future-ready skills. Set in the inspiring Himalayan campus of IIT Mandi, this program combines rigorous academic learning, hands-on projects, lab sessions, collaborative peer discussions and industry exposure to create a truly transformative learning journey. Over two intensive months, students will learn directly from IIT Mandi faculty, researchers, and industry mentors, gaining deep exposure to emerging fields such as AI, ML, Software Development with AI, Data Science, Business Analytics, and Entrepreneurship.

Skill Course: Semiconductor Design Technology

In Collaboration of The NorthCap University Gurugram

The CCE, IIT Mandi, has parterned with The NorthCap University Gurugram to deliver a structured academic offering in Semiconductor Design and Technology subject. Over the next three years, IIT Mandi faculty will teach six specialized courses totaling 25 credits, giving students of NCU Gurugram direct access to advanced expertise in chip design, device physics, and semiconductor technologies. This collaboration enables NCU students to learn from experienced IIT Mandi faculty, benefit from research-driven content, and stay aligned with national and global semiconductor industry needs. The program blends strong fundamentals with practical insights, equipping learners for high-growth career pathways. The model stands as a scalable example of how institutes can work together to strengthen technical education in emerging domains, demonstrating right academic partnerships, universities can enrich their curriculum, raise the quality of instruction, and offer students exposure that would otherwise require significant infrastructure or resources.

CBP on Indian Knowledge System

In Collaboration of SCERT Delhi

The Capacity Building Programme on the Indian Knowledge System (IKS), organised by the Centre for Continuing Education, IIT Mandi in collaboration with SCERT Delhi, offers PGT/TGT educators of Delhi Government a chance to rediscover India’s rich intellectual traditions and their relevance in modern education. The programme introduces key IKS concepts across philosophy, science, arts, ecology, and pedagogy, supported by interactive sessions and expert-led discussions. Participants learn practical ways to integrate these perspectives into classroom practice, making teaching more meaningful and culturally grounded.

PRAYAS (Camp)
